TinyCollabs is a matchmaking directory. We provide the "Signal Path" to help brands find peers. TinyCollabs is not a party to any agreements, "Handshakes," or partnerships formed between users. We do not guarantee the success, quality, or legality of any collaboration resulting from a match on the platform.

Business Use: This platform is for business entities only. Admin Audit: By creating an account, you agree to a manual audit of your Instagram profile and brand scale. TinyCollabs reserves the right to toggle your "Verified" status or re-assign your Tier at our sole discretion. Approval: All Briefs are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to reject or edit Briefs that contain "fluff," misinformation, or inappropriate content.

Emerging Tier: Free for brands under 2k followers (up to 2 active briefs). Established Tier: A one-time fee of $49 per Brief applies to brands with 2k+ followers. No Refunds: Listing fees are for the "Signal" (the post) and are non-refundable once the Brief is approved and goes live, regardless of whether a partnership is formed.

Users are responsible for their own due diligence. Any "Handshake Agreement" templates provided by TinyCollabs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend that users consult with legal counsel before finalizing revenue splits or production contracts.

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who provide false scale data, spam other members, or fail to uphold professional standards during the "Conspirator Chat."
